Lamprey Health Care's Lasting Legacy Program allows you to direct your contributions in a way to be meaningful, to honor the memory of a loved one, or to build a lasting legacy.
You choose the amount and which fund/designation/program you'd like your gift applied.
Remember to indicate if this is In Honor or In Memory Of someone and include their name. There is also an option to write a message to accompany the gift.

Early Literacy Program
Did you know 80% of a child's brain is formed between birth and age 3?
Support Lamprey Health Care's Early Literacy Program. Monies received are used to purchase age-appropriate books for children 6 months to 5 years, and are integrated into pediatric care. During medical visits, parents are encouraged to read the books to their children to give young children a foundation for success and to encourage a lifetime of literacy.

Lamprey Health Care is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All gifts are tax-deductible within the limitations of federal income tax law. Acknowledgment of your donation will be provided.
