E-Motion Grief Movement Community – Portsmouth.
Join E-Motion’s Portsmouth Grief Movement Community, a free, 8-week, in-person experience for anyone who has experienced the death of a person.
The group combines walking with intentional grief support, creating a welcoming space to connect with others who understand the experience of loss. Participants will meet weekly and work together toward completing a 1–2 mile walk by the end of the program.
