Increasing patient medication adherence for better health outcomes
Lamprey Health Care Inc., a leader in comprehensive community health care for New Hampshire residents, is proud to announce a new and expanding partnership with GENOA Healthcare LLC, opening a pharmacy at their Raymond location on January 21st, 2025. This new collaboration offers convenience and enhances individualized care to the community.

Having the Genoa pharmacy on site in our Raymond location eases patient burden from having to make a separate trip and provides seamless coordination with their Lamprey Health Care team.
Meaghan Grinnell, Genoa Pharmacist, added, “In coordination with the Lamprey medical team, we simplify the pre-authorization process and refills protocol leading to improved patient adherence to their medication schedules and better health outcomes. Our individualized approach fosters trust and provides a path to customized medication plans that eliminate confusion and increase willing compliance, setting the stage for improved overall health.”
The two organizations’ missions are aligned in that they exist to serve New Hampshire residents with the best and most accessible comprehensive health care, especially for those with complex medical needs, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. They assist patients in taking control of their own health by supporting and guiding them every step of the way. On-site Genoa pharmacies see a 90% medication adherence rate, 18% fewer hospital visits, and 40% fewer hospitalizations. The pharmacy will serve Lamprey Health Care patients and walk-ins during the hours of 8:30am -5pm M-F (closed 12:30pm -1:00pm daily).
