Period Party – Empowering and Educating Girls 9-14 at Newmarket

Growing up comes with a lot of questions—and no one should have to navigate them alone.

Join Lamprey Health Care for Period Party!, a free Community Matters event designed for pre-teens and teens to learn about periods, puberty, and the changes that come with this new stage of life in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

During this interactive event, participants will learn about:

• Puberty and body changes
• What a period is
• Menstrual products and how to use them
• PMS, cramps, and managing symptoms
• A chance to ask questions in a supportive, welcoming space

Attendees will also enjoy snacks, fun activities, and giveaways throughout the event. Parents and caregivers are welcome to register their pre-teen or teen and help them feel prepared and empowered for this important milestone.
