Dental Plans
Lamprey Health Care patients may qualify for dental care.
All Adult Medicaid patients, ages 18 and over, are eligible for the NH Healthy Smiles program through their Medicaid insurance coverage. That includes patients enrolled in any of the Medicaid HMO's: New Hampshire Healthy Families, Well Sense, and AmeriHealth. Patients are eligible for up to $1500 in dental services annually.
Patients who have "straight Medicaid" (those with a spend down as part of their Medicaid coverage from the state) are not eligible for these dental benefits.
As of April 2023, the start date for this benefit, eligible enrolled Medicaid patients should have received a card from DentaQuest, the company managing these services for DHHS, confirming enrollment in the program. If you did not receive a card, you should contact DentaQuest to request a new one at 888-278-7310. You can also visit their website at https://dentaquest.com/state-plans/regions/newhampshire/ to locate a dentist or call them to request a list of dentists.

Lastly, "Teledentistry" (Emergency Dentist 24/7 Near Me | Teledentistry.com) is also a resource patients can benefit from, and they accept DentaQuest.

Solvere Health - Mobile Dental Clinics
We are excited to announce our partnership with Solvere Health Mobile Dental Clinics! Through this collaboration, Solvere Health offers dental services under the NH Smiles adult Dental Medicaid Program in partnership with Smiles Direct.
The Mobile Dental Clinic will visit our Raymond Center monthly throughout 2024.
