When Is and What Is Open Enrollment?
The Annual Open Enrollment period for the Medicaid Care Management Program runs from August 1 to August 31, 2024. In New Hampshire, individuals eligible for Medicaid can select from three different Medicaid Health Plans, each offering unique benefits and services. These plans are provided by AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire, NH Healthy Families, and WellSense Health Plan. If you wish to switch to a new health plan, you can do so in August, and your new coverage will commence on September 1, 2024. If you prefer to maintain your current plan, no action is required.
